Agreement
By engaging Krevo Studio you agree to these terms. Services are provided under a formal statement of work executed prior to project commencement.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become your exclusive property. Working files, concepts, and interim materials remain the property of Krevo Studio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Projects are invoiced in milestones: 50% at project kickoff and 50% upon final delivery. Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month after 30 days.
Revisions
Each project phase includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are invoiced at our standard hourly rate and approved before work commences.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and proprietary information confidential for three years following project completion.
Limitation of Liability
Krevo Studio's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
